Today ZIRX announced the availability of ZIRX Mobility Services (ZMS), a full-service platform that helps auto manufacturers, dealerships and fleet owners create unique and memorable customer experiences and manage backend operations more efficiently. The company is also announcing new partnerships with several leading automotive companies including Openbay and BAMA Commercial Leasing.
Building on ZIRX’s existing enterprise efforts and on-demand parking expertise, the ZIRX Mobility Services platform delivers a unique combination of technology, sophisticated optimization algorithms and a trusted and trained workforce to move, store and service vehicles at scale. ZMS is already deployed across the country by leading automotive companies including Openbay and BAMA Commercial Leasing to deliver door-to-door service to customers and balance service fleets.
“We saw an opportunity to leverage our sophisticated platform and trained workforce to address a bigger opportunity – helping auto manufacturers, dealerships and fleet owners create new services for customers, operate more efficiently and compete in an increasingly technology-driven marketplace,” said Sean Behr, Co-Founder and CEO of ZIRX. “We’re pleased that Zirx Mobility Services is helping companies operate, move, service and store vehicles more efficiently than ever, as we power the mobility services that will help them thrive in today’s on-demand world.”
The ZMS platform is available today and offers the following services: advanced fleet, user and task management capabilities, real-time vehicle tracking through live maps, customized customer messaging, real-time URL tracking, analytics dashboards and a host of APIs. ZMS is priced on a miles and minutes basis with no upfront costs or minimums.
“Openbay is an online marketplace for auto repair and maintenance services that’s using ZMS to deliver unique white-glove services like moving vehicles to and from service centers for repair work, to our customers,” said Ashley Halverson, VP of Marketing at Openbay. “We continue to focus on improving the user experience when it comes to servicing our customers’ vehicles. Technology innovations like the ZIRX Mobility Services help meet the needs and expectations of the on-demand economy.”
ZIRX is currently operating across many of the nation’s top metro regions, including San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. It takes less than three weeks to bring ZMS to any city, so the service is expected to be operating in more cities soon.
