Openbay Otis Product Update: Customer Facing, Real-Time Information Banner

The automotive service industry responded quickly to the COVID-19 pandemic. Swift actions included servicing vehicles by implementing contact-free auto repair and service to ensure customer and employee safety.

NEW: Otis Banner Feature

In parallel, Openbay Otis customers were able to deploy a newly released feature highlighting important announcements from the business via a fixed display banner atop of Otis. Real-time customer communication has never been more critical.

Otis customers are currently using this display banner to share important information as it relates to COVID-19. It can also be used for a special promotion or educational information. It is completely customizable.

Rather than describe the feature in words, we will show you how it is displayed on a couple of our customer’s websites.

Our Enhanced Sanitation Exceeds CDC Guidelines

Did you know that the average steering wheel is 4X dirtier than a public toilet seat? Every time you get your vehicle back from us after a service or repair, you can feel the comfort of having a completely sanitized vehicle. As a courtesy, our certified technicians not only wear gloves & masks when working in the cabin of your vehicle but they also do a full cabin sanitation spray at no cost to you.
