This Openbay customer has now used the site to book car repair in Atlanta three times! He’s used it primarily for maintenance on his Scion. We caught up with Oliver to hear why he keeps coming back time and again.
Where do you live and what type of vehicle do you drive?
I live in Atlanta, and drive a 2012 Scion xB.
How did you find Openbay?
Openbay was first recommended to me by my dad a few years ago and he had heard about Openbay through a promotion. I had used Openbay previously on my older vehicle, which needed a lot more attention, so it was important to me that I was getting a fair deal.
Has Openbay delivered as you had expected?
I’ve used Openbay three times so far. The first time was great, the shop was easy and service was quick. The second time was a little more difficult, since my vehicle was much older and had all kinds of problems, so the repair took longer than expected. But in that case, Openbay was great in communicating with me, and keeping me in the loop. Openbay really took the time to help, and provided excellent customer service.
For the most recent repair, it was pretty painless. I was able to get in and out of the shop relatively quickly. So yes, it’s been a good experience every time I’ve gone through Openbay.
Prior to Openbay, where did you learn about auto repair shops near you?
It was pretty standard; I would just drop my car off at a local shop, but didn’t have a sense of comparison. Using Openbay, I like to compare options without having to do the research on my own. I like seeing all my options, so I don’t walk away feeling like I was up-sold or being taken advantage of.
What made you select your service provider/shop?
I generally rely pretty heavily on the customer reviews on Openbay, and trust that Openbay is sending me in the right direction. In this instance, all I’d needed was a brake flush, so I was able to get in and out with no hassle.
Would you use Openbay again?
I certainly would for bigger repairs. It’s important to me that the pricing and shop are the best fit, especially on larger repairs. Being able to compare everything through the Openbay site makes it seamless.
